Jerzy Murski, a young and ambitious journalist, is assigned to interview Mira Stella, a star of the Polish music scene—otherwise, he risks losing his job. Meanwhile, Visconti, a famous singer and Mira’s former love, returns to Warsaw. The result of their past romance is the charming Lili, who arrives in the capital with a friend. Irritated by Visconti's return and his focus on concerts, Mira plans to marry a baron and introduces her daughter as her sister. Jerzy, on the other hand, meets Lili and falls in love with her immediately. When Lili discovers the truth about her father, she decides to reconcile her parents. Thanks to her efforts, Visconti and Mira rediscover their old feelings, and Jerzy gains permission to marry Lili. The story weaves together love, family secrets, and the joy of reuniting with loved ones after many years.
