A Beautiful Stranger

The year is 1916. During the war, on a train from Petersburg to Stockholm, Ludmiła meets Lieutenant Obozow. He is 23 years old; she is much older, yet her extraordinary beauty and femininity cause the young officer to lose his head. And yet, he has an important mission to complete – he must safely transport secret documents entrusted to him by the Russian General Staff. Despite this, he embarks on a romance with the beautiful stranger. The journey through snowy Russia is long, but for them, time flows in a completely different way. Especially for Ludmiła, who from the very beginning should have stolen Obozow’s documents. It is no coincidence that she found herself in the same train car – she has been drawn into a dangerous espionage game. Confident she will succeed in making the young lieutenant fall in love and achieve her goal, Ludmiła did not foresee one thing: she herself falls hopelessly in love with him.
