"Everyone Is Jesus" is a deeply personal film by Marek Koterski about the struggle with addiction and an internal identity crisis. In this bittersweet ballad about a Polish intellectual, Adam Miauczyński (played by Marek Kondrat) faces the challenge of coming to terms with his past and trying to connect with his son. A key element in this story is vodka, which not only hinders Miauczyński’s relationships with his loved ones but also becomes a symbol of his internal battle, weakness, and inability to escape his family legacy. "Everyone Is Jesus" is a film about confronting one’s fate and understanding that not every fight can be won. It is also a story about love, which, though full of imperfections, is genuine and true—full of suffering, but also hope.
