Love Manoeuvres

In the fictional capital of Skumbrja, Lieutenant Niko serves in a hussar regiment. His family is planning his marriage, but he falls in love with a baroness he meets at a ball. To escape the arranged match, he travels to his fiancée disguised as an orderly, while the orderly pretends to be the lieutenant. Soon it is revealed that the fiancée is none other than Baroness Kolmar herself, who has also decided to swap roles with her maid. A series of humorous misunderstandings ends happily—with a grand, hussar-style engagement celebration for the lovers.
