Director: Piotr Szulkin
1985
In the future, people avoid space travel, and prisoners are forcibly sent on missions. Scope (Daniel Olbrychski) ends up on the planet Australia 458, where the inhabitants live in a seemingly polite yet morally degenerate society. Forced to commit a crime, he forms a bond with a prostitute named Once (Katarzyna Figura) and tries to save both her and the hosts’ daughter, who is in need of help. Ultimately, he decides to escape the planet, leaving behind the corrupt environment. This is the fourth installment of Piotr Szulkin’s post-apocalyptic science fiction tetralogy, which also includes "Golem" (1979), "O-bi, o-ba. The End of Civilization" (1984), and "The War of the Worlds – Next Century" (1981).
