The film tells the story of Joasia, a young train operator who is a diligent and responsible employee but unfortunately has bad luck in her professional life. She gets fired because her bosses can’t resist her beauty and constantly pester her with their advances. Although Joasia tries to remain professional, she grows weary of this relentless, awkward attention. At a breaking point, she desperately decides to change her appearance. Instead of maintaining the image of a charming, well-groomed woman, she opts for a complete makeover—transforming into a disheveled, slightly nervous woman with glasses. When she returns to work in this new version of herself, she unexpectedly encounters a completely different attitude from her colleagues and superiors. Instead of being the object of flirtation, she is treated with greater respect and professionalism.
